What is Logos Tax Systems?
Logos is a portable tax operating system for business owners. It combines AI-powered tax analysis, a strategy playbook, document storage, financial data integrations, and a permanent tax timeline — all owned by you, not your accountant.
How is this different from TurboTax or H&R Block?
Those are filing tools — they help you submit your return. Logos is an analysis and strategy platform — it helps you understand what's in your return, what you can do differently, and connects you with CPAs who can implement those strategies. We don't file your taxes. We make sure you're not leaving money on the table.
Is this a replacement for my CPA?
No. Logos is a better starting point. It helps you show up to CPA meetings prepared — with organized documents, a clear picture of your situation, and a strategy playbook. Your CPA spends less time on basics and more time on high-value strategy work.
When is it available?
Logos is currently in pre-beta. We're building the platform with a small group of early users. Contact us at support@logostaxsystems.com to express interest or join the waitlist.

What tax forms does Logos support?
We currently support 1040, Schedule C, 1120-S, 1065, and related schedules. More form types are being added as the platform develops.
How does the AI analysis work?
You upload tax documents or connect your financial accounts. Logos analyzes your data and delivers a plain-language breakdown: what it sees, what it means, and what you can do next. The AI is grounded in the Internal Revenue Code — not generic advice.
What is the Enchiridion?
The Enchiridion is your strategy playbook. It synthesizes everything Logos knows about your tax situation into an actionable plan — with dollar savings estimates, implementation steps, and legal references. It's the document you take to your CPA.
What is the Ledger?
The Ledger is your permanent, portable tax timeline. It records every strategy implementation, every filing, every CPA interaction. When you switch CPAs, the new one reads your Ledger and picks up exactly where the last one left off. No more starting from zero.
For Business Owners
Is this right for my S-Corp?
Yes — S-Corp owners are one of our primary users. Logos analyzes your return and explains what your distributions, payroll, and deductions actually mean, so you can have a more strategic conversation with your CPA.
Do I need a CPA to use Logos?
No. Logos works whether you have a CPA or file on your own. If you have a CPA, it helps you show up prepared. If you don't, it gives you the clarity to decide whether you need one — and connects you to the right one through the CPA Marketplace.
What happens when I switch CPAs?
Your old CPA's access is revoked immediately. Your data — documents, strategies, Ledger history — stays with you. Your new CPA goes through the same engagement flow, reads your Ledger, and picks up where the last one left off. Zero lost context.
Can I connect my bank account?
Yes. Through Citadel, our integrations hub, you can connect bank accounts via Plaid, sync QuickBooks Online, and import payroll data. Connected financial data gives Logos richer context for more accurate analysis and strategy recommendations.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Logos utilizes 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest and in transit. We follow SOC 2-aligned security practices. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Who can see my data?
Only you — unless you explicitly grant access to a CPA through the platform. CPA access is scoped, revocable, and logged. You control who sees what, and you can revoke access at any time.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You own your data. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@logostaxsystems.com.
